Find Tenants |
 |
The first step to finding potential tenants is to
find people interested in renting your property.
To find potential tenants, you must advertise your
property for rent. Here are some different ways
you can advertise your property:
• Put a “For Rent” sign in a visible like a yard
or window
• Put an ad in a local newspaper
• Post an internet ad
• Distribute flyers around the neighborhood
Make sure to really sell your rental in your
advertisements. Start with basic information like
the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and the type of
property. Then add information that differentiates
your rental from others. For example, if your
rental is near schools, has a pool, gym,
clubhouse, or any other attractive amenities.
Also, don’t forget to add contact information in
case the potential tenant is interested. Make sure
to return all inquiries as soon as possible. |
